Project Description

The homeowners wanted more connection between their kitchen, master bedroom, and laundry room, so we opened up the entire main living area by removing several walls, including major structural ones. This created a seamless, open-concept space with a dramatic impact. We also relocated a hard-to-reach half bath for better accessibility. The old Pergo floors were replaced with rich hardwood, and we installed a sleek Scandinavian-style kitchen featuring custom white oak cabinetry, stunning 3cm quartz countertops, unique tile work, and black stainless appliances. The entire space was updated with new electrical and plumbing systems, ensuring both beauty and functionality for years to come.
