Project Description

This home only had one tiny bathroom and a partially unfinished basement with existing plumbing issues. So, we solved both problems by converting a basement corner into a new bathroom and fixing the old plumbing that was periodically backing up into the finished basement area.

We worked closely with the homeowner to create a highly customized space that honored the style of the 110-year-old home. A lot of attention went into the tile design, colors, and material selections, so everything lined up and felt comfortable and effortless in the somewhat uniquely shaped space.
