In its unfinished state, this basement was previously used as laundry and storage for over 15 years. Having a family member who had recently moved in, this homeowner needed functional living space, another bathroom, and a bedroom. One of the best ways to invest money is by converting unfinished space into habitable rooms. Steiner Remodel worked closely with the homeowner to create a comfortable living space and gain a few extras like a custom wine storage room!
