Project Details

This family, who had lived in this home for over ten years, had outgrown the 1910’s footprint.  There was plenty of yard in the back, so we devised a way to expand the footprint, fix inefficient room designs, maximize living space, and increase comfort and accessibility, all while maintaining the charm of the 110-year-old home and existing beautiful yard.  Steiner Remodel handled the construction from the ground up.  We designed, planned, and executed all the concrete, framing, utilities, doors and windows, and interior and exterior finish.
